Practical info

We are moving abroad for one year. The rental period runs from August 2026 to August 2027, with some flexibility of a few weeks before or after these dates.

The house is rented fully furnished with our furniture. All personal belongings will be removed, while keeping a comfortable, equipped, move-in-ready home.

Utilities are not included in the rent and must be paid separately by the tenant (water, electricity, insurance, etc.). The rent amount is provided upon request.

A rental deposit equivalent to two months’ rent is required.

Small pets are allowed.

Official address registration at the property is required.

The house is located in a sought-after neighborhood, perfectly balanced between lively atmosphere and peace and quiet. Halfway between Place Fernand Cocq—known for its vibrant vibe, restaurants and shops—and the European Parliament, the setting is both central and pleasant to live in. The area offers many parks, quality schools, and very convenient public transport, with Brussels-Luxembourg station nearby.

This is an atypical house that we restored with patience and love. It is very pleasant to live in and has recent installations, ensuring good day-to-day comfort. However, if you are looking for an ultra-modern or strictly “perfect” home, another property may be more suitable.
